Starting prices are based on the minimum bookable setup. Final pricing may vary depending on location, venue requirements and the selected setup. Travel outside the applicable free service radius is quoted separately where required. Your final price will be confirmed before booking.
Real Events
We are based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). The first 50 km is included at no charge, which covers the whole metro. Beyond that, travel is charged at R 6,75 per kilometre and always appears as its own line on your estimate.
Typical destinations: Kariega and Despatch (included), Jeffreys Bay (~75 km), Kirkwood (~80 km), Makhanda (~130 km), Port Alfred (~145 km), Cradock (~250 km) and Graaff-Reinet (~290 km). Very long trips may include an overnight allowance, quoted upfront.
Travelling outside the Eastern Cape? We go anywhere in South Africa on request — long-distance travel is quoted per kilometre, the same way, with no hidden loading.
